Product Description:
The Potassium fluoroaluminate is a white or light gray powder used primarily as an insecticide, and also used in ceramics, glass industry and aluminum brazing. It is formed by reacting anhydrous hydrofluoric acid with aluminum hydroxide, then reacting with potassium hydroxide at a high temperature, filtering, drying, melting, and crushing. It can also be prepared by reacting aluminum fluoride, ammonium fluoride and potassium chloride.

Properties: The Potassium Fluoroaluminate is light gray powder, slightly soluble in water. FH will come out in the reaction to water at above 730℃, dissolved slowly in strong acid to send out HF.
